Return and exchange

All goods must be shipped back to us.

Our Website returns policy means that if you are not fully happy with the goods you have received, you can return them to us (Field & Moor will not be responsible for any returns costs) within 90 days of being shipped, providing they are in original resaleable condition and packaging. This covers both full price and reduced items.

Once returned you will be able to receive an exchange or refund of your choice, which will not include the cost of original postage and packaging. We will not be able to refund or exchange items that appear to have been worn or are not in original condition.

We recommend you try on the footwear on a carpeted surface to avoid any damage to the soles. Best time of day to try footwear is late afternoon, when muscles in feet are relaxed and feet are at their maximum.

Please make sure all return packages are sent with a trackable, insured service, as we cannot take responsibility for items damaged or lost in the transit.

If you are returning the item from overseas. The parcel must clearly be marked - “Returning unsuitable Goods to Sender” – failure to do so may result in import duties for which we may hold you liable.

Please contact james@fieldandmoor.co.uk with clear image of defective part of the footwear and explanation of what’s wrong. It would be useful to have images of damage, overall product, and sole unit as this indicates amount of wear.

Please include specific details about where our product has not met with your expectations.

Can you also send a copy of the original receipt of purchase, with customer details and method of payment.

Once your return is received and inspected close- up, Field & Moor will send you an e mail to notify you that we have received your item.

We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved then a refund or exchange will be processed and a credit will be applied to your original credit card or method of payment, within 14 days.

Product failure caused by excessive or abusive wear will not be covered, by Field & Moor’s returns policy.

As our product is handcrafted there are circumstances where we need to send your faulty product for a more detailed inspection. We would use an independent testing and repair centre, who will assess the boots. They will provide a report as to whether there is a manufacturing fault arising from general wear and tear. We will discuss this issue and provide you with a course of action you need to follow. You would be accountable for the costs involved in gaining the report.
